The consumer states that he has full legal capacity to commit himself under these conditions. THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND INFORMATION PROPOSED BY THIS SITE DO NOT REPLACE IN ANY WAY THE VIGILANCE OF ALL THE MOMENTS OF THE ADULTS.

1 Entirety
The present general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation the entirety of the provisions set out in these general conditions. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or given by the consumer will be able to be integrated into the present, since these documents would be incompatible with these general conditions.

2 Object
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by the company GREYSTONE SAS to the consumer.

3 Contractual documents
The present contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in decreasing hierarchical order: the present general conditions; the purchase order. In case of contradiction between the provisions contained in documents of different rank, the provisions of the document of higher rank shall prevail.

4 Entry into force - duration
The present general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. The present general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the extinction of the guarantees due by the company GREYSTONE SAS.

5 Electronic signature
The consumer declares to accept the order as well as the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale fully and without reserve when he ticks the box reserved for this purpose, during the ordering process. This constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

6 Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or, failing that, by post to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.

7 Proof of transaction
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company GREYSTONE SA in reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

8 Order processing
- 8.1
Information to be provided when ordering
The consumer checks the completeness and conformity of the information he provides when ordering, including the delivery address. GREYSTONE SAS cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences thereof (e.g. delays or delivery errors). The costs incurred for the reshipment of the order shall be borne by the consumer. - 8.2
Once the order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. The consumer may then exercise his right of withdrawal (Article 17).

A part of our site functions according to a system of pre-order system. The pre-order concerns products that will be available soon, especially the new collections. By placing a pre-order the customer recognizes that his order can be shipped from the date of availability indicated on the product sheet. Delivery times may be longer.
In case of items deliverable at different dates (Products available on stock + products on pre-order) taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time.

10 Price
The prices are indicated in Euros and are valid only at the date of the sending of the order form by the consumer. They do not take into account the preparation and delivery costs, invoiced in supplement, and indicated before the validation of the order.
The prices take into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order and any change of the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected on the price of the products of the online store.
The duration of validity of our offers and prices is 5 working days.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order. At no time, the paid sums could be regarded as deposits or installments. -
11 Method of payment
To pay for his order, the consumer has, at his choice, the payment methods offered on the site at the time of the order, namely: Sogenactif (bank card), Bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay. These approved partners guarantee the secure use of the customer's bank card on the Internet. Some payment methods may be offered only from a certain amount ordered. Certain payment methods may be offered depending on the country of invoice. The Customer guarantees GREYSTONE SAS that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the order form. Greystone SAS reserves the right to suspend any order processing and any delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization (by credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal) from officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment.
Greystone SAS reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. -
12 Product availability
The order will be carried out at the latest within 30 days as from the day following that where the consumer placed his order.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular because of our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of cancelling his order.
The consumer will then have the choice to ask either for the refunding of the sums paid in the 30 days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the product. -
13 Terms of delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery form, as well as to the company Greystone SAS within three (3) working days following the date of delivery - (see details article 14). - 13.2
Greystone SAS works with Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express and Delivengo, to minimize shipping costs. All the products of weak or average obstruction are dispatched in France by a service of the post office called Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Domestic Express .All the products of weak or average obstruction are dispatched in Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, DHL Express 24 and Deivengo . And all small and medium-sized products are shipped outside Europe by Delivengo and DHL Express 24.
These services offer you the possibility to pick up the ordered products at the relay point chosen by you, at your home, or at your post office near the delivery address in case of absence. If you are absent on the day of delivery, your letter carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox, which will allow you to withdraw your package at your post office during opening hours, within 15 days. A notification from the carrier will allow you to know the progress of your delivery online on their dedicated website. For items shipped via Mondial Relay, the merchant holds your package at your disposal for a minimum of 7 calendar days, this period can go up to 14 calendar days, depending on the constraints of the business and the services chosen. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. - 13.3
In case of a parcel returned to our company for different reasons (e.g. unclaimed parcel, NPAI - does not live at the indicated address - incomplete address, refused parcel etc.) the goods will only be reshipped at the customer's expense. The refund of the value of the goods will be made after the written request of the customer.

In case of dispute of non-receipt of the package, only the information of the carrier will be used as proof of delivery and will be retained in case of dispute.

Mondial Relay, Colissimo Access, Chronopost Classic, Chronopost Relais Europe, Chronopost Relais France, DHL Express 24 & Domestic Express and Delivengo are very reliable services. However, it is possible, as with any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product may go astray. In case of delay in delivery compared to the date we indicated in the shipping email, we ask you to report this delay by calling us by phone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the service to start an investigation. An investigation can last up to 21 days from the date of the start of the investigation. If during this time the product is found, it will be sent back to your home immediately (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the shipping service will consider the package as lost. Only then will we proceed to the refund of your order within 14 days.
Greystone SAS declines all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of products or strike. - 13.6
In the event of items being delivered on different dates due to their availability, the delivery period is based on the longer period. Greystone SAS reserves the right to split deliveries. The cost of processing and shipping will be charged for one shipment only. Flat-rate delivery charges are indicated on the order summary, which the Customer is informed of before the order is validated. 13-g For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer must take into account any additional charges (taxes, import duties or customs duties). These expenses will be, if necessary, directly invoiced by the conveyor.

14 Delivery problems due to the carrier
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken products ...) must be indicated on the delivery order in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The consumer will have in parallel to confirm this anomaly by addressing to the carrier in the three (3) following working days the delivery date a mail exposing the said complaints. 15 Delivery errors
- 15.1
Due to Greystone SAS - The Consumer must notify Greystone SAS on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following deliveryany claim of delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality in relation to the indications on the order form. Any claim made beyond this deadline will be rejected. The said form is filled here .

- 15.3
Any claim not made in accordance with the above rules and within the time limits specified will not be taken into account and will release Greystone SAS from any liability towards the consumer.
- 15.4
Upon receipt of the claim, Greystone SAS will proceed to the exchange of the product(s) concerned at its expense, and will communicate it by e-mail to the consumer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the attribution to the consumer of an exchange number according to the procedure presented above.

Conditions of return - In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the company Greystone SAS, intact, as a whole, in perfect condition, new, unworn, unwashed and with its original label and packaging, by Colissimo suivi, to the following address

In order to be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of Greystone SAS. The returned product must correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form. - 15.6
Due to Greystone SAS - An incomplete order (missing item) - The Consumer must make a complaint to Greystone SAS on the day of delivery or later on the first working day following delivery, by filling in the form : here . Upon receipt of the claim, Greystone SAS will proceed with the reimbursement of the missing item.
- 15.7
From the consumer - The consumer will be able to make an exchange in case of modification of size. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return it in its original condition: the returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and have their labels. The return is at the customer's expense and the re-shipping is taken care of by Greystone SAS. The Customer must inform Greystone SAS of his/her request by filling out the form here.

16 Product Warranty, Liability

In accordance with article 4 of the decree n°78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions of the present cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional salesman to guarantee it against all the consequences of the latent defects of the sold thing.

The consumer is expressly informed that the company Greystone SAS is not the producer of all the products presented in the framework of the web site, within the meaning of the law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998 and relating to the responsibility for the defective products.
Consequently, in the event of damage caused with a person or a good by a defect of the product, only the responsibility for this one could be sought by the consumer, on the basis of information being reproduced on the packing of the aforementioned product. MOREOVER, WE REMIND YOU THAT THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND INFORMATION OFFERED BY GREYSTONE SAS DO NOT IN ANY WAY REPLACE THE CONSTANT VIGILANCE OF ADULTS. - 16.3
Greystone SAS shall not be held responsible for any failure to comply with the laws of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities regarding the possibility of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, Greystone SAS cannot be held responsible for any error in one of these photographs or texts.

Products purchased from Greystone SAS are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Manufacturers' warranties are generally for one year, parts and labor. However, some brands only cover replacement parts. In the event of a breakdown during the initial warranty period, repairs will be provided free of charge by the manufacturers. In order to benefit from the guarantee, you must keep the purchase invoice.

Reminder on the process of return: for any exercise of the guarantee the return is exercised according to the modalities of the article 17. Except for non-conforming products or the manufacturer taking charge of the return, the costs and risks related to the return of the defective product are at your charge. We draw your attention again to the need to attach the warranty coupon to the return package, warranty coupon which some manufacturers require in the context of a repair under warranty.

Limitation of warranties
Proof of a breakdown caused by negligence, deterioration or inappropriate use cancels the manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the product could be returned to you as is, or repaired on acceptance and preliminary payment of an estimate established by the manufacturer or its after-sales service.
The manufacturer's guarantee does not deprive the purchaser and/or the consumer of the provisions of the legal guarantees (in particular the guarantee of the hidden defects or the legal guarantee of conformity).

17 Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the Consumer's order. The product must be returned to Greystone SAS, intact, in its entirety and in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale, by Colissimo suivi to the following address:

Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted. Containing all the labels: sewn inside as well as all the packaging labels. Any product which will have been damaged, or whose original packing will have been deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
This right of retractation is exerted without penalty, except for the expenses of return. In the hypothesis of the exercise of the right of retractation, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the refunding of the paid sums (with the exception of the transport costs), or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the expense of the Customer.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Greystone SAS will make every effort to reimburse the Customer within 20 days.
The Customer will then be reimbursed by check or bank transfer. -
18 Force majeure
Neither party shall have failed to perform its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by an act of God or force majeure. Will be considered as fortuitous event or force majeure all facts or circumstances irresistible, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which could not be prevented by these last ones, in spite of all the efforts reasonably possible.
The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten working days of the date on which it becomes aware of them.
The two parties shall then meet, within one month, unless this is impossible due to the case of force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and to agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract shall be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than three months, the present general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
In addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, the following are expressly considered to be cases of force majeure or fortuitous events:
the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning;
the stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the customers -
19 No partial validation
If one or more stipulations of the present general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a definitive decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.

20 No waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these terms and conditions shall not be construed for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

21 Title
In the event of any difficulty of interpretation between any of the titles appearing at the head of the clauses, and any of the clauses, the titles shall be declared non-existent.

22 Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute or claim, the Customer shall first contact Greystone sas to obtain an amicable solution.

23 Protection of personal data

The information requested from the Customer is necessary for the processing of his/her order and may be communicated to the contractual partners of Greystone sas involved in the execution of this order. They may also be transmitted to external service providers for the management of advertising campaigns, for digital marketing purposes (e-merchandising on the site, sending newsletters and SMS campaigns, targeted advertising, competitions). The consumer may write to the company Greystone sas, whose contact details are specified in the "Contact" section of the site, to oppose such communication, or to exercise his or her rights of access, rectification with respect to information concerning him or her and appearing in the files of the company Greystone sas, under the conditions provided for by the law of January 6, 1978 (right of rectification & right of opposition). 26 Reservation of ownership
Greystone sas retains ownership of the Products sold by Greystone sas until payment of all or part of the price and/or any accessories. Failure to pay by any due date may result in Greystone sas reclaiming the Products.
Greystone sas shall retain all sums paid to it by the customer as damages. If the Product has been damaged or destroyed while in the custody of the customer, the customer shall bear all the consequences, the transfer of risks to the customer occurring upon delivery of the Product. -
