• You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return it to us in its original condition.
• The items returned must be new, unworn, unwashed and must have their labels.
• Returns are at the customer's expense, and reshipment is at our expense.
• Only sizes can be exchanged: we do not exchange an item for another reference or color.
• We ship the return size as soon as we receive the items: no exchange items can be shipped until we have received and inspected your exchange items.
• Any item received that does not conform will be refused.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

1. Click HERE to make your exchange request* (also enclose with your parcel).
   Be careful to fill in the fields correctly: any form that is incomplete, not compliant or concerning a parcel after the deadline will not be processed.
   
   
2. After completing and sending the form, the item must be returned via Colissimo to the following address:

We will ship the return items to you as soon as we receive your return package, containing the items in their original condition. No returns can be shipped until we have received your original package.

Returns are shipped via Colissimo and are therefore subject to the same shipping time. 

*NB only France is eligible for an exchange

WITHDRAWAL

2. After completing and sending the form, the item must be returned to the following address:

The refund should be effective within four business days of receiving your package. Please note that in some banks the refund may take up to seven business days to appear on your statement.
